Arbiter is an AI-powered document conflict detection tool. You upload two documents and Arbiter identifies contradictions between them using a multi-agent AI pipeline. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Arbiter uses AI to detect contradictions and is not infallible. Results may contain errors, omissions, or false positives. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify results independently before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbiter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on audit results.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your documents solely to provide the audit service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
